Cheap as Chips work hard to make sure that your purchases are quality products at great prices.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you purchase a product from us that:
Is faulty, through no fault of your own, does not match our descriptions or in store display models or is not of acceptable quality, has defects that were not obvious or we did not bring them to your attention, or if you change your mind within 28 days**.
All Refunds & Returns can be processed at any Cheap as Chips store. This includes orders purchased online from www.cheapaschips.com.au
Cheap as Chips will be happy to provide you with a refund or replacement upon proof of purchase, provided you bring back the product in its original packaging, withh all acessories and manuals. If you are not able to provide proof of purchase, typically your receipt, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
For orders placed online, the refund/return can be requested via the Refund & Returns page on www.cheapaschips.com.au. Please note Cheap as Chips may require personal information and photo evidence including a detailed explanation of your reasons for refund/return. Cheap as Chips reserve the right to deny your request should the relevant information not be provided within a reasonable timeframe or be of substantial nature to deem a refund/return. Cheap as Chips endeavour to respond to your query as quickly as possible (standard 10-15 business days). Expected response times may vary.
You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item to us.

Seasonal items will be returned at the current retail price
Cheap as Chips reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned goods before approving a refund or replacement.
